Schedule of the Day:
- Saturday, May 12, 2012
- Registration begins at 7:00 am
- Shot gun start at 8:00 am
- Luncheon/awards immediately after golf.
Lunch and Refreshments: Lunch will be served in the tent after the round is complete. Course refreshments and snacks available in the club house as well as the on-course beverage cart.
Final Pairings and Tee Assignments: Available at registration.
Raffle: There wil be several raffles. Tickets will be sold at registration and on the course.
Prizes: Prizes will be awarded during lunch.
Registration: After dropping off your clubs at the bag drop, please park your car and go to front of the clubhouse for registration and hole assignment.
Practice Areas: Driving range, short game area and putting green open at 6:30 A.M.
Golf Shop: Golf Shop opens at 7:00 A.M.
Attire: Please wear collared shirts on the golf course. Bermuda shorts are acceptable, denim is unaccepatable. Only soft spike shoes are allowed on the course.
Scoring Procedure: Two Person Scramble – Each player in the twosome tees off, the best position is determined and each player then plays a shot from that position. This is continued until the ball is holed.
Divisions: Men’s, Women’s, and a Mixed Division
Tees: Men use the white tees. Women use the forward tees.
